this vertical grinding machine is used for grinding nano powder in wet form, the finest up to 0.5um or even finer.

 XY-M-300 fine powder grinding mill is using wet powder grinding method which can keep the

 grinding material outside configuration and its original structure unchanged; the finished production

 particle size can be finer than 0.5 um; the particle size distributing space is small, its widely used for

 parcel shape, needle shape, grain shape and some other powder’s wet grinding, for example Kaolin, 

heavy calcium carbonate, zircon sand, pencil stone, Erie stone, black lead, isinglass, abiopigment etc.

 

Micopowder grinding mill is made up of one fixed grinding drum which has polyethylene media on its 

inside wall and a whirled agitator; There are 9 pieces of the paddler which has many holes on the 

agitator. The grinding mill is grinding the material by the agitator mix the grinding media which 

causing concussion, friction function. Inside the grinding drum, these grinding media is not integer

 moving but abnormity moving, the abnormity move has 3 different functions to the material, those 

are: 

1.  The wallop which is caused by the impulsion among these grinding media.

2. The friction and cut functions caused by the moving of these grinding media.

3. The impact caused by the empty space which left over from the grinding media.
