Working principleThe materials are put into the pulverizing chamber via the feeder. Under the high pressure air flow, the grains collide and impact each other. The pulverized particles are pushed by the air flow into the grading chamber where grading is done. The selected fineness is between 2-140 μm. The high-speed rotating grading rotor has the grains to undertake centrifugal force and at the same time the grains will suffer the traction force caused by the airflow. The qualified grains which suffer less centrifugal force than the traction force will be collected into the collector with the air flow while those that suffer greater centrifugal force than the traction force will fall down to the pulverizing chamber for further pulverization.
